The Family Assistance Program was created with a goal that families in need be free from worry due to the financial strain of acute hospital stays, namely in the Burn Unit, and to alleviate the stress of presenting to the hospital without any daily/essential items needed for their stay.

In order to alleviate these financial burdens, the Family Assistance Program provides funds for various needs on a case-by-case basis. Financial needs could include meals, travel expenses, bills, etc. We also provide "Extinguish Kits" filled with items that families may need during their stay at the Burn Unit. 

Harrington For Hope has teamed up with staff in the Burn Unit to create a list of items that are most needed for families during their stay. If you wish to donate items, please see the list provided. All items must be brand new and unopened. Travel size preferred.
